The little recipe that feels good. Especially after the holidays.  

Turmeric is increasingly recognized for its benefits. Super powerful antioxidant and natural anti-inflammatory, I decided to include it in my nutrition. I discovered the turmeric latte (or Golden latte) in Toronto at "Revitasize" last year.  

Here is my little homemade 100% natural recipe:

  • 1 cup of hot vegetable milk
  • 1 C. powdered turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 1 drop of honey
  • 1 small cinnamon stick

Mix everything together and you will have your healthy little latte.
